Our guesthouse is located right in the green heart of the beautiful \u00d6tztal valley.
\nOn the A12 Inntal valley motorway, take the exit '123-\u00d6tztal\/\u00d6tztaler Gletscher' and continue down the B186 federal road towards Umhausen.<\/p><\/div>

In Umhausen, turn left at the second intersection (next to the car dealer) and stay on that road for another 200 metres. Then, turn right as you continue to follow the road signage to Niederthai. You are now on the L238 country road that will lead you directly to our beautiful village.<\/p><\/div>
