• The indicated apartment prices are based on minimum occupancy (2 guests) and do not include the standard tourism charge

• During the main holiday season Christmas / New Year and the winter holidays in February / begin of March we charge:
• in the apartments 1 + 2 a three guest (adult) occupancy
• in the apartments 3 + 4 +6 a four guest (adult) occupancy

• Pets are not permitted

• The minimum stay in the apartments is 6 nights

• Children under three stay for free
• Children aged between three and 15 pay EUR 12.- per night
• Each additional guest (15 yrs and older) pays EUR 15.- per night

• The standard tourism charge per person (aged 15 or over) per night : 4,00 EUR
• No standard tourism charge for children unter 15

• Prices include electricity, water, heating, bread delivery service, bed linen & sheets, bath & kitchen towels, and cleaning charge
